The Association of Village Council Presidents headquarters building is located in Bethel and features post and beam construction. We provided construction management and worked with village corporations to accommodate force account labor. Two of these laborers now work out of state for Kuchar, fish in the summer in their respective home villages, and come back to us in the fall.
